Shambhala Online offers live, interactive talks and teachings with senior teachers from across the worldwide Shambhala community. People can connect via the internet with your centre or from your home.

By removing geographic barriers, Shambhala Online aspires to increase the sense of connectedness of the participants to the Sakyong, the dharma (teachings) and the sangha (internationally and regionally).

We offer programs for every practice level; Learn to Meditate, The Way of Shambhala courses, Book Club, Shambhala Art, as well as programs for tantrikas and sadhakas.
